Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Winsor Research + Consulting offers shipping for physical copies of select services where applicable.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
All physical items are shipped Monday through Thursday.
Orders are processed and dispatched within this timeframe once the associated service has been completed and finalized.

SHIPPING METHOD:
All shipments are sent through Canada Post unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping is included at no additional cost for eligible physical items unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Printed resume packages — including physical copies, presentation folders, packaging, and shipping — may be subject to a separate fee, which will be communicated prior to purchase.

TRACKING:
All shipped items include tracking.
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

DELIVERY:
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier processing times, weather conditions, and regional service availability.
Winsor Research + Consulting is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping provider.

ADDRESS ACCURACY:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
Winsor Research + Consulting is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests caused by address errors.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, clients must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier-related loss or damage after dispatch.
