4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Winsor Research + Consulting is not responsible for issues, delays, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the client.
5. SCOPE & MODIFICATIONS:
Only services explicitly agreed upon are included within the project scope.
Any additional work, revisions outside scope, or expansion of services may result in:
• Revised pricing
• Adjusted timelines
• Additional approval requirements
6. TURNAROUND TIMES:
Estimated timelines are communicated prior to project commencement.
Project timelines begin once:
• Payment has been received
• All required information and materials have been provided
• Client delays, communication gaps, or scope modifications may affect delivery timelines.
7. REVISIONS:
Revisions are limited to what is included within the agreed service scope.
Additional revisions, extensive edits, or major project changes may be subject to additional fees.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS:
Winsor Research + Consulting provides professional services based on experience, research, and industry knowledge.
We do not guarantee:
• Employment outcomes
• Contract awards
• Business performance or financial results
• Third-party decisions or approvals
All outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
We do not sell, distribute, or disclose client information without consent unless required by law.
